Midday Invocation And Ritual
At midday, when the sun is highest, you are invited to open your chest to the sky and root your heart to the earth. The light is not just above you—it’s within.

If the morning prayer stirred something in you…Then join us now as we mark the sun’s high triumph.
At this sacred hour — when the sun crests and spills it's full light upon the earth — we offer not just words, but ritual.
To participate: Say the prayer in video or listen to it the first, then if you choose:
Stand tall under the sun—barefoot if possible. Place both hands palm-down over your heart, grounding your center. Then open your arms wide to your sides, palms up, in a gesture of offering or acceptance.
Look toward the sky (eyes closed or squinting) and say:
“Shine on me, bright one. Burn away all falsehood. Let only truth remain.”
Hold this posture for a few deep breaths. Then lower your arms, bow your head briefly, and walk away slowly, without hurry—symbolizing re-entry into the world with purpose.

This invocation transforms a prayer into a living ritual — connecting your body to the sun’s fire and the ancient rhythm of midday.
To close:
Bow slightly toward the earth and say: “So mote it be.” (Or if you prefer: “So may it be.”)
